Update: Mobile Syrup has just got their hands on a flyer that says Bell will be releasing the HTC Raider 4G as well. This carrier plans to release it for $169.95 on a 3-year contract. This will also be running on the carrier's LTE (4G) network.

Nokia Announces Low-End 200, 201, 300, and 303 Phones

Nokia World 2011 has just kicked off and the company announced four low-end handsets, the 200, 201, 300, and 303. They're all part of a new family called the Asha and they all pack the S40 OS. Cost for them will be right around €60 to €115 ($84 to $160 USD) contract-free.
Starting things off, the 200 and 201 are both packing QWERTY keyboards, while the 200 has the upper hand with a dual-SIM card slot. They'll both be available later this year for €60. The Asha 300 is part of the company's Touch and Type line-up which features a 1GHz CPU along with HSPA and Angry Birds pre-installed. This will be hitting the market for €85 ($118 USD). Last, but not least, there's the Asha 303 which is the successor to the C3. This one features a QWERTY keyboard and will be available soon for €115 ($160 USD).

Nokia Announces the 710 and 800 Windows Phone 7 Phones

Nokia has finally announced their first two phones, the 710 and 800, running Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 OS. The 710 is set to hit Hong Kong, India, Russia, Singapore, and Taiwan later this year. They plan to launch their first batch of WP7 handsets in early 2012 so don't expect these anytime soon. The 710 features a 3.7-inch display, a 1.4GHz CPU, a 5MP camera, 8GB of storage, WiFi / Bluetooth 2.1 support, HSDPA connectivity, aGPS, and a 1,300mAh battery. This will be launching for €270 ($375 USD).
The Nokia 800 is the higher-end one of the two. This one features a 3.7-inch ClearBlack AMOLED display, a 1.4GHz CPU, 16GB of storage, an 8MP camera, quad-band GSM connectivity, a 12.1mm thin body, and a 1,450mAh battery. This will be priced at €420 ($580 USD) and you can actually pre-order it right now in the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.

Fido Releasing the LG Gossip Pro This November
If you're looking for a mid-end Android handset with a QWERTY keyboard then Fido in Canada will have one for you. It's the LG Gossip Pro which will be hitting the carrier for $40 on a 2-year contract and $250 contract-free. This handset packs a 2.8-inch display, a microSD card slot, WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth 3.0 support, a 3.2MP camera, an 800MHz CPU, and Android "Gingerbread". Look out for it in November.
