Today is June 24 and Sprint in the US has just released the HTC EVO 3D as well as the HTC EVO View 4G. The former is a high-end smartphone with 3D capabilities while the latter is the Flyer with WiMAX connectivity. They're now available for $199.99 and $399.99 on a 2-year contract, respectively. Thankfully, the tablet comes with the stylus and features a 1.5GHz Qualcomm CPU. If you're looking to pick either one of these up then you might want to read a few reviews first.

Here's an interesting device that Engadget has managed to get their hands-on. No, it's not the Kyocera Echo but it's pretty clear that they have their similarities. It's reportedly a prototype from Imerj and Frog which are two companies who I've never heard of before. The device you see above is said to be sporting two 4-inch AMOLED displays, a dual-core TI OMAP CPU, 32GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM, a 5MP camera which you'll be able to use for the front and the back, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a skinned Android 2.3. If you want to learn more about this device then just click on through.

WIND Mobile has brought two phones to Canada today and they're the LG Optimus 2X and the Huawei U6150 which we knew would be launching soon. Obviously, the phones are priced at $445 and $98, respectively, contract-free. The Optimus 2X is clearly the better phone packing a 4-inch display, a Tegra 2 CPU, and the Android 2.2 OS. However, if you want a cheap text messaging phone then you might want to choose the U6150 instead. Check them out on WIND Mobile here and here.

At the Digital Experience tradeshow in New York yesterday, Samsung unveiled their new line-up of notebooks, the Series 3. These notebooks packs AMD / Intel CPUs along with a metal body which gives it a premium look and feel. This line-up consists of a bunch of different models with 11.6, 12.1, 13.3, 14, and 15.6-inch display options. The full spec sheet for these are unknown right now but the top-of-the-line model should only cost you $820 so it may actually be worth looking at.

It looks like official photos of the Nokia N950 MeeGo dev phone has just found its way online. Unfortunately, they're not photos of the final device but it's definitely a good idea of what you can expect. This smartphone will feature a 4-inch display with a 480 x 854 resolution, a microSD card slot, WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth support, an 8MP camera (which might turn out to be an upgraded 12MP sensor), a front-facing camera, and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.

Mobile Syrup has just confirmed that the HTC ChaCha will be hitting Telus in Canada. You may know that this QWERTY Android phone packs some deep Facebook integration. The boot-up animation that you see above confirms it but it's unknown exactly when it'll be available on the carrier. I guess you'll have to wait for it if you want it.

BGR has just officially confirmed that the HTC ChaCha will be hitting AT&T in the US - following the leaks - as the HTC Status. The handset sports a QWERTY keyboard and packs some Facebook integration which could be a nice touch if you're always on the website. Furthermore, the HTC Salsa apparently won't be hitting AT&T in the near future and may actually never get launched on the carrier.

It looks like the first Windows Phone 7 from Nokia has just been pictured and it's above. It's apparently "super confidential" and it's being codenamed "Sea Ray". The handset actually looks pretty slick and takes its cues from the recently announced N9. The smartphone is said to feature an 8MP camera along with an LED flash. I wonder if this one will be officially announced this year.

In South Korea they have just announced the HTC EVO 4G+ which is also headed to Sprint in the near future. The price and release date for Korea and the US is unknown right now but the FCC told us that it does feature CDMA / WiMAX connectivity. The smartphone itself features a 4.3-inch qHD display, a dual-core 1.2GHz CPU, an 8MP camera, a front-facing camera, and Android "Gingerbread" with the Sense UI. This is pretty similar to the EVO 3D except it, of course, doesn't have 3D capabilities.

Asus Eee Pad Transformer Successor and PadFone Could Launch This Year With Tegra 3 and Ice Cream Sandwich
It looks like Asus is enjoying the sales of their Eee Pad Transformer because there's a new rumour going around that the company is working on a successor to this tablet. Apparently, the new model will be available later this year with Nvidia's Tegra 3 CPU along with Android "Ice Cream Sandwich". Furthermore, the tablet is said to be available in October / November of this year so you might want to wait around for it. Apparently, Asus could also be prepping a smartphone, the PadFone, with the Tegra 3 and "Ice Cream Sandwich" as well. I'm more excited for the tablet, to be honest, but the smartphone has potential.
