HTC has just announced their latest Android phone and it's just the low-end Explorer. This one officially packs a 3.2-inch HVGA display, a 3MP camera, a 600MHz CPU, and Android "Gingerbread" with the Sense UI. The company mentioned that this will be available in Q4 of this year in Asia and other "key markets" for less than $200. It should come in a few colours as well: Metallic Black, Active Black, and Metallic Navy.
