HTC Announces the Rhyme For Verizon, Available September 29th
HTC has just officially announced the Rhyme which is a mid-end Android handset for Verizon. This will be hitting the US carrier on September 29th for $199.99 on a 2-year contract - a tad expensive - and it'll also find its way to Europe and Asia this October.
The Rhyme officially features a 3.7-inch WVGA display, a 1GHz CPU (single-core), a 5MP AF camera with an LED flash, a front-facing camera, WiFi / Bluetooth support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot, 768MB of RAM, GPS, a charm cable, and Android "Gingerbread" with the Sense 3.5 UI. This one will be sporting a purple hue but we could see it in the future in a different (silver) colour.
