LG Reveals Android-Based GT540, Set For April Launch

Labels: , , , , ,

So LG has just revealed another one of their upcoming Android handsets. We actually don't have a picture of the handset, so you'll have to do with the microphone on an unknown LG handset, which is lame. Anyways, the LG GT540 (which we saw back in November) will be an Android handset that will feature a 3MP camera, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot, and a display with a 320 x 480 resolution. If what we heard in November was true, this handset will be running Android 1.5... Let's hope they update it. This handset will launch in April 2010.

Update: According to Engadget, this actually will and possibly was running on Android 2.0.
