Packard Bell has just unveiled their EasyNote M notebooks. This new line-up is intended for the UK and it comes in 14, 15.6, and 17.3-inch models. All of them come in four colours: Silk Silver, NightSky Black, Starlight White, and Cashmere Red. They all pack different Intel Core 2010 CPU options, up to 8GB of RAM, integrated Intel / discrete ATI graphics, up to a 640GB HDD, an HDMI output, and DVD / Blu-ray options as well. Of course, the OS is Windows 7 and they're all expected to make their debut later this month so it's just a couple of days away.

At IFA, Packard Bell wasn't going to be shut out. They announced a 13.4-inch EasyNote ButterFly M notebook that has: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 graphics, up to a 640GB HDD, up to 4GB of RAM, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi 802.11n, and a multitouch trackpad. The outside of the body is a "shiny silver." This notebook is expected to launch in Europe next month (October) with a base price of €599 ($868 USD). A stateside launch hasn't been mentioned yet.

A couple of days ago, Packard Bell showed off their Acer Aspire clones, the Dot S and Dot M netbooks. Today they are showing their fairly original 13.4-inch EasyNote Butterfly notebook. Along with the aforementioned screen, it will also have: Intel's ULV (Ultra Low-Voltage) CPU, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD4330 graphics card, a multitouch trackpad, optional 3G, your choice of either SSD or HDD storage, and a "promised" 8-hour battery life. I'm pretty sure that this notebook won't be able to give you 8-hours of battery life, but I'm hoping that it will be close to the 8-hour mark with the help of Intel's ULV processor. As of right now, there is no word on the price but it will be released solely to Europe, just like the netbooks are going to be.
