A new Motorola handset has just been spotted at the FCC and it's pretty clear where it's headed: AT&T. Yes, the branding on the back revealed it. Said handset is a rugged flip phone with GSM/EDGE/WCDMA connectivity, a microSD card slot, and an FM radio.
