Archos Gen 9 "Honeycomb" Tablet Set For June Launch; Dual-Core 1.6GHz A9 CPU and 32GB SSD
It looks like Le Journal du Geek has just got some information regarding an upcoming Archos Gen 9 tablet and it looks pretty amazing, to say the least! According to the slide above, the tablets are scheduled for a June 2011 launch which is great. Specs, apparently, include a dual-core 1.6GHz ARM A9 CPU, up to a 250GB HDD / 32GB SSD, a new "disruptive 3G modem", and Android "Honeycomb". This definitely looks pretty darn good but I wonder how good it will fare out in the real world. This is going to be priced at €400 but that's probably just the base model.
