Labels: , , , ,

Well, this was a bit unexpected but we knew it was on the way. Rogers has just released the Palm Pre 2 which is running WebOS 2.0. It's available right now for $99.99 on a 3-year contract, and for $449.99 contract-free. The Pre 2 features a 3.1-inch touchscreen display, a slide-up portrait QWERTY keyboard, WiFi / Bluetooth support, a 1GHz CPU, a 5MP camera with an LED flash, 16GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and 512MB of RAM to cap it off.

This is actually a pretty good handset for the price but Rogers does have quite the smartphone line-up already. Check it out on Rogers.
