The first thing I thought of when the Dell Venue Pro got official was what the non-Pro model was. It looks like my question may have been answered. Apparently, the Dell Thunder, which has popped up a couple of times, may actually launch as the Dell Venue (V03B) according to the FCC. Specs are just about the same except this one doesn't have a portrait slide-up QWERTY keyboard. The weird thing about this whole fiasco is that the Venue / Thunder will be running Android, while the Venue Pro is running on Windows Phone 7. Check it out at the FCC and it has also been spotted at the Bluetooth SIG.
