Microsoft COO, Kevin Turner, has announced something pretty juicy and if you read the title then you already know what it is. According to him, Europe will be getting their first Windows Phone 7 handsets in October, while the US will have to wait until November. I'm going to assume that if the US is getting WinPho 7 handsets in November, then Canada could have one by the end of the year - or early next year.
