HTC Patents a Nintendo DS-Like Smartphone Design

HTC looks like they've just filed a patent for a smartphone that'll open up similar to the Nintendo DS. This is actually a lot like the HTC Omni that we saw a while ago. The smartphone will close with a set of magnets that will have a unique way to open it. You'll have to actually push the top of the device so that the magnets snap off of each other.
