HP Unveils Two New ProBook Notebooks and Elite 7000 Desktop PC

Labels: , , , ,

HP has just announced two new AMD-based Probook notebooks. The 14-inch 6445b and the 15.6-inch 6545b have: Sempron, Athlon II, Turion II CPU options, and at least 1GB of RAM, a 160GB HDD, and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 graphics. Both of these notebooks seem to be spill-resistant to a certain extent, and you can check that out in the video here if you’d like. These notebooks will be available overseas starting on October 22nd, but North America will have to wait until mid-November. These notebooks will launch for $799 USD.

HP has also gone out and unveiled their latest desktop PC offering, the Elite 7000. This desktop PC is a pretty high-end model, built with: Intel’s Core i5 / Core i7 CPU options, Nvidia Geforce GT 230 / ATI Radeon HD 4650 graphics options, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to a 1TB HDD. Fortunately, this desktop PC starts at $799 USD, but the very sad part is that you only get a 160GB HDD and integrated graphics in the base model. This will also launch on October 22nd.
