The rumour mill is swirling again. BGR is reporting that Google's next Nexus device (not pictured above, that's a Nexus S) could be called the Nexus Prime and will, again, be made by Samsung. This is different from past rumours which told us that it'll be made by LG. Moving along, the superphone is said to feature a Super AMOLED HD (720p) display, a dual-core TI OMAP4460 1.5GHz CPU, and Android "Ice Cream Sandwich". Hopefully it'll also have essential things like NFC, a front-facing camera, and a high-end rear camera as well. This one could be on pace for a Fall release and will possibly clash with the next iPhone.

BGR has picked up quite an exclusive scoop regarding a future Google flagship device, the Nexus 4G (not pictured above). The name is unconfirmed right now but they're calling it that so we might as well too. The smartphone is said to feature a dual-core 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz CPU (not the Tegra 3), a 720p "monster-sized" display, and no physical buttons. Inside you can expect 4G (LTE) connectivity, a 1MP front-facing camera, an advanced 5MP camera with 1080p HD video recording, and Android 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich".

This is all very interesting and there's really no way to confirm the details right now. Apparently, they're targeting this one to launch around Thanksgiving of this year and it could be AT&T's first LTE smartphones. It looks like it'll definitely raise the smartphone bar but I really do hope that they at least put an 8MP camera on it.

Sony Ericsson has, basically, just hinted at a "PS3 app" for the XPERIA X10. But, they won't stop there. According to them, they could actually implement PS3 support into a couple of their future handsets as well. This means that it could be integrated into their high-end handsets, maybe ones sporting their Nexus skin.

Sony Ericsson has just announced that they will be layering their devices with their own custom UI - kind of like what Samsung does with their TouchWiz to name an example - it will be called Nexus. And no, not the StarCraft Protoss building. Nexus is basically what you're seeing in the XPERIA X10 (formerly codenamed "Rachael") and features apps like Timescape and Mediascape. Amazingly enough, what you see here is a laptop cooling pad. The Nexus TDD-9000 is a liquid-cooling pad, even though it may not look like one. The "velvety cloth" is filled with a gel-like substance that cools your laptop without the use of plugs and electricity. Talk about going green.

According to Nexus, resting your laptop on one of these pads will keep it 14-17 degrees cooler than normal. To "re-energize" the pad all you have to do is shake it every 20 minutes, which would get quite irritating, but I think it's definitely worth it. This cooling pad from Nexus costs just £23 ($36 USD), so it could be worth a try. I'd definitely get it for my terrible laptop that is always burning my legs and wrists.
