LG Fathom Now Available For $149.99 On Verizon
As expected, Verizon has just released the LG Fathom for $149.99 on a 2-year contract after rebates. This handset packs a pretty good spec sheet and should be one of the last WinMo phones to hit the market - since WinPho 7 is expected later this year. This phone packs a 3.2-inch touchscreen display, a 3.2MP camera, a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, WiFi b/g/n / GPS support, and a microSD card slot. Check it out here.

Verizon Officially Announces the LG (VS750) Fathom, May 27th For $149.99
Verizon has finally announced that they'll be launching the LG (VS750) Fathom - it took them long enough. This handset will be sporting a 3.2-inch resistive touchscreen display (480 x 800 resolution), a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 3.2MP AF camera, Bluetooth 2.1 / GPS support, WiFi b/g/n, EV-DO / HSDPA connectivity, an unknown 1GHz CPU, and WinMo 6.5.3. This handset won't be upgraded to WinPho 7 seeing how the camera isn't up to the minimum 5MP requirement.
The handset will be available on May 27th for $149.99 on a 2-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate. That's definitely a tad expensive, especially considering all the other smartphones that Verizon has. The final decision is really up to you.

Verizon To Launch the LG (VS750) Fathom On May 27th, Full Release On June 3rd?
Apparently, Verizon in the US could be planning to launch the LG (VS750) Fathom on May 27th. This will be the first LG Windows Mobile phone to hit Verizon so it's kind of a big deal. The first launch will be available on Verizon's B2B channel and then everyone will get a chance at it on June 3rd with the full release. This handset still isn't official so waiting for someone - anyone - to announce it already.
Update: According to Mobile Crunch, this handset should be available for $99.99 on a 2-year contract and $499.99 contract-free.

Two phones look like they could be making their big Verizon debut in the near future. I'm talking about the LG VS750 and the BlackBerry Bold 9650. We've heard a bunch about the BB Bold 9650 so far, so we'll focus on the VS750. This handset should pack a 3.2-inch touchscreen display, a 3.2MP camera, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot, WiFi b/g, and Windows Mobile 6.5. Like I said, both of these handsets should launch soon.

LG VS750 To Be a Variant Of the GM750? Hitting Verizon In Early 2010
Last week we heard that Verizon would be launching the Windows Mobile 6.5 based LG VS750. Well, now we know that it'll be available in early 2010 and it could be a variant of the LG GM750, which seems plausible. In case you're interested the GM750 has: a 3-inch touchscreen display with a 240 x 400 resolution, a 5MP camera, an optical trackpad, WiFi / Bluetooth 2.1 support, and a 1,000 mAh battery. It isn't exactly a high-end handset with its small 3-inch display, but it's a pretty good handset - on paper at least.

Verizon has been on a roll lately, especially when they launched the Motorola DROID. Well, the ugly sibling of the DROID (above) is the Motorola Calgary which Verizon could actually be launching as the Devour. This handset will feature: a 3MP camera, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and MOTOBLUR over top of Android 2.1! The software doesn't help make the hardware look anymore attractive though.
The rumours also state that there's a new Palm phone in Verizon's inventory and it's the Palm Pre Plus. At this point we don't know how this handset will differ from the Palm Pre on Sprint, but maybe we'll see this at CES 2010 or MWC 2010. Only time will tell.
The last handset that is being tossed around is the LG VS750. This handset will reportedly be running Windows Mobile 6.5, but we don't have a picture of it yet.
