Asus P30A Officially Announced Today
I'm not going to say "launched" because it makes it seem like it's available already. Anyways, the P30A notebook that you might remember from over a week ago was officially announced today. Apparently, it is targeted for the business users out there. The P30A looks like it is going green with a 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo ULV CPU. Other specs include: a 13.3-inch LED-backlit display with a 1,366 x 768 resolution, up to 4GB of RAM, up to 320GB of HDD storage, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi, 3G, an integrated 1.3MP webcam, HDMI, and a DVD writer. The P30A will also be sporting Intel's Anti-Theft technology, but that's probably optional. As of right now, the Asus P30A has no official price or availability date. I read a couple of days ago that CMOS is "criticizing" Asus for including a 1.3MP camera on top of the CULV CPU, but I don't really understand what they're talking about.
