Something new has just popped up on Sony Ericsson's own website. It's the XPERIA Acro which sports the same spec sheet as the Arc but has a few goodies inside it. Apparently, it'll also feature infrared, NFC capabilities, and even DTV if you need it. Maybe this one will get official soon and maybe it'll be an Asia exclusive. That's all unknown right now.

Verizon Branded Samsung Gem Showing Up At Retailers, Launch Imminent
Coming from Chris Ziegler is a few photos of a Samsung Gem with Verizon branding. Yeah, we've been seeing this one for a while but apparently third-party retailers are receiving these right now so the launch is really close. The price is still unknown right now but considering the Android line-up that the carrier already has, this phone should be pretty inexpensive since it's a mid-end one.

Possibly the biggest news of the day is this - let's hope it's not fake. This image, along with a few others, have surfaced today and it's reportedly the next iPod Touch. Since it's still very early, this one's looking like a prototype. This model reportedly has 128GB of storage, dual cameras, and a buttonless face. Yeah, the Home spot on the phone will actually be activated by a touch - it's a capacitive button. Pretty interesting stuff and it would be a good move for Apple since they hate buttons so much.
