LG may have actually just spoiled the Apple event with their latest announcement. They decided that today was a great day to announce the LG Optimus LTE which is packing a great spec sheet for a superphone. This one features a 4.5-inch IPS display with a 1,280 x 720 resolution, a dual-core 1.5GHz CPU, LTE (4G) connectivity, an 8MP camera, a front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of storage, a 16GB microSD card pre-installed, an HDMI output, DLNA, WiFi / Bluetooth support, and Android 2.3 "Gingerbread". It's definitely much higher-end than that iPhone 4S so you might want to consider it for your next purchase - unless you're waiting for the Nexus Prime next week.
