Looks like the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Ray is nearing its launch date seeing how it was just spotted casually at the FCC. The handset features AT&T 3G (850/1900MHz) bands so it'll be good enough for them and the major Canadian carriers as well. We already know that the specs for this one are as follows: a 3.3-inch display, an 8MP AF camera, a 1GHz CPU, a front-facing camera, a 9.4mm thin body, and Android 2.3. Check it out at the FCC.
