Unlocked iPhone 4 Now Available Through Apple For $649

Labels: , ,

A day early but I'm sure people won't mind but Apple has just released the unlocked iPhone 4 in the US. The smartphone is available right now in black and white in the US for $649 and $749 for the 16GB and 32GB models, respectively. The sad part about this is that you'll still only be able to use it on AT&T in the US so it's not that big of a deal. They're just trying to clear out their inventory before the new one launches this Fall. Check it out on Apple.

I think this has nothing to do with jailbreak, and it has nothing to do with SIM unlock, because the device already activated, instead of paying 50 $, make your micro SIM ; bring a scissor and cut "shape" what ever SIM card you want, if that is not working! install redsn0w in 30 seconds, run Cydia and install Ultrasn0w, another 30 seconds, You are done, in 1minute for free.. and get all app store for free as a bonus.

Even if Apple then sells the CDMA version unlocked, it can’t be activated accept on Verzion. Even though Sprint and cricket both use CDMA, the bands are different and they can't activate an iPhone onto their networks. So this is really pointless to say the least.
