Virgin Mobile Canada Releases the Samsung Galaxy 550 (I5500) For $199 Sans Contract

Finally! Virgin Mobile has just released the Samsung Galaxy 550 and they're the first (and possibly will be the only) carrier to launch it. It's available right now for free on the SuperTab contract and for $199.99 contract-free. In case you're interested, this handset has a 2.8-inch capacitive touchscreen display, a 2MP camera, a 600MHz CPU, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot, WiFi b/g / Bluetooth 2.1 support, a Stereo FM radio, and runs Android 2.1.
