For that price you'll be getting a 21.5-inch multitouch Full HD (1,920 x 1,080 resolution) display, an Intel Core i3 2.93GHz CPU (3.2GHz Core i5 CPU optional), 4GB of RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5430 512MB graphics (HD 5730 1GB GPU in the better model), a 640GB HDD, WiFi support, an integrated 1.3MP webcam, HDMI, a dual-layer DVD drive, and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
