Acer and Motorola's tablets have been being tossed around quite a bit ever since we first heard about them earlier this year. Both of their tablets are expected to launch with Android 3.0 "Gingerbread" which has reportedly been delayed a bit. This update is going to support higher resolutions and will be perfect for the tablet storm that's coming up. Gingerbread will be ready late this year, which could mean that both company's respective tablets will be getting launched in early 2011 - possible at CES 2011. This might even include Verizon's upcoming Motorola Z600 (Stingray) tablet, which was supposed to launch in November of this year. Acer's tablet news is coming from Digitimes and so is Motorola's as well (here).
