A couple of days ago we heard about the upcoming new Motorola DROID that will hit Verizon and it has just been found in the wild - similar to the next-gen iPhone. Someone "found" the handset in a Verizon gym in Washington - what a coincidence, eh? Anyways, some of the specs seem to be confirmed, it's definitely packing a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, an 8MP camera, an HDMI port, a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, and 16GB of internal storage. I'm also pretty sure that there's a microSD card slot on this handset too. This is looking like it really is the Motorola Shadow.
With Android 2.2 "Froyo" likely being pre-loaded on this handset, Apple better have something good up their sleeve at WWDC in a couple of weeks.
