A company named Hanvon has been showcasing their latest tablet PCs and they're looking pretty good - at least spec-wise. The Hanvon BC10C features a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a 1,024 x 600 resolution, an Intel Celeron ULV743 1.3GHz CPU, 2GB of RAM, a 250GB HDD, WiFi / Bluetooth support, USB / HDMI ports, an optical mouse, integrated microphone / webcam, and Windows 7 Home Premium. The tablet itself is made of plastic, aluminum, and carbon fibre and it weighs under 2 pounds. This tablet should be available sometime this year for under $700.
The second tablet they showed off is more for the artists out there. This tablet is the BA10E which features a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with a 1,024 x 600 resolution, an active digitizer, and an electromagnetic stylus. Fortunately, it also looks like there'll be an option to put a capacitive display on here. The rest of the specs include an Intel Arom Z530 1.6GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 120GB HDD, WiFi / Bluetooth support, USB / HDMI ports, integrated microphone / webcam, and Windows XP. This one should be available for $600.
Check out the video below for jkkmobile's hands-on footage with each of these tablets.
