Dell "Streak" MID To Launch as the Mini 5 Tablet, Runs Android 1.6

It's not confirmed if it's headed to AT&T subsidized yet but now we know that the mysterious 5-inch Dell MID - formerly known as the Streak - will be launching as the Mini 5. It's sporting a 5-inch capacitive multi-touchscreen display, a 5MP camera, a front-facing camera, a SIM card slot, WiFi, and it's been caught running Android 1.6 at CES. We're hoping that it gets launched with at least Android 2.0 but only Dell knows if they'll do that. Of course, they'll be selling this on their website whenever they want too, but it could be hitting AT&T - like I said.
