Gigabyte's netbook / tablet hybrid - the TouchNote T1028M - has only been around for about three weeks and the company has decided to upgrade some of its specs. They have updated the CPU to Intel's Atom 1.66GHz N280 - over the original N270; other options are also now standard, like the 10.1-inch touchscreen display with a 1,366 x 768 resolution and the 6-cell battery. Other specs are still the same, this includes: 1GB of RAM, a 160GB HDD, an ExpressCard 34 slot, Bluetooth, Ethernet, WiFi, and optional HSPA.
The price of the Gigabyte T1028X also got bumped up a bit. It's now available online in Europe for €497.70 ($702 USD).
