The Gigabyte T1028 was first seen at CeBIT earlier this year and it has just found its way to the FCC. The tablet / netbook PC has a 10.1-inch touchscreen display with some swivel action, a 1.6GHz N270 Atom CPU, a 92% sized keyboard which isn't too small, HSDPA connectivity, up to 2GB of RAM, a 160GB HDD, Bluetooth, Ethernet, WiFi, an integrated 1.3MP webcam, and a 4-cell battery. You will also have the option of upgrading to: a 1.66GHz N280 Atom CPU, WiMAX, a 1,366 x 768 resolution, and a 6-cell battery which should be a mandatory upgrade. Anyways, the price or availability is still to be determined, so we'll just have to keep on our toes until then.
