4-Inch LG Android Smartphone Leaks With 8MP Camera, 1080p HD Recording, and Tegra 2; Set To Launch In 2011
LG isn't known to be a smartphone powerhouse at this very moment but they could actually change that in 2011 - starting with this handset. Engadget has just picked up this photo of a new Optimus smartphone (codenamed the Star) that will be LG's upcoming Android phone. Apparently, this one will feature a 4-inch display, Nvidia's Tegra 2 chipset, an 8MP camera with 1080p HD video recording, a front-facing camera, a microSD card slot, a 1,500mAh battery, and a "nearly untouched" version of the Android OS. This is all looking great right now so let's really hope that LG can deliver this one in early 2011.
