Two more handsets are headed to Verizon on October 29th and they're both Android-based. The first one is above and it's the Samsung Continuum; the other handset is the LG Vortex which is said to be the CDMA variant of the Optimus One. We'll talk a bit about the Continuum first. This handset is well-known for its two displays on the front, a 3.5-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display and a smaller OLED secondary display on the bottom, dubbed the "Ticker". Specs including a 3.5mm headphone jack, a 5MP camera, and Android 2.1 with the Touchwiz UI.
The Vortex, on the other hand, caters to the mid-end crowd. This one sports a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen display, a 600MHz CPU, a 3.2MP AF camera, a 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS, Bing search engine, and WiFi / Bluetooth support. Thankfully, this one's running Android 2.2.
