Thanks to Motorola's own dev site (here), the Motorola Ming A1680 is just about official. It has a full spec sheet list up and it tells us everything you need to know. The Ming A1680 features a 3.1-inch WVGA AMOLED touchscreen display, WiFi (WAPI) / GPS / Bluetooth 2.1 support, a 5MP camera, 256MB of RAM, 512MB of ROM, a 624MHz Marvell PXA935 CPU, a microSD card slot, and apparently Android 1.6. Of course, the pictures also show that the handset will sport a stylus along with handwriting recognition so it'll be great for Chinese characters. This should be available in the China soon - the price wasn't mentioned.
