Verizon Announces That the Droid Eris Will Be Getting Android 2.0 / 2.1 In Q1 2010

Verizon has just confirmed that an update will be coming to the HTC Droid Eris in early 2010 - before April, to be exact. The Droid Eris will be upgraded to Android 2.0 or 2.1 thankfully - presumably with the Sense UI still intact. HTC hasn't announced it, so Verizon had to do the dirty work.
