Finally, Verizon has officially announced that they will be launching the
HTC Droid Eris (
Desire) tomorrow, November 6th - alongside the
Motorola DROID. It will be available with Android and HTC's Sense UI for $99.99 on a 2-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate.
We've also got our first photo of the
Samsung SCH-U640 Convoy (above) and Verizon has officially announced that they'll be launching this for $49.99 on a 2-year contract after a $50 mail-in rebate on November 15th. This rugged features: 810F resistance, Bluetooth 2.1 support, a 2MP camera, VZ Navigator support, and a 1,300 mAh battery.
Verizon wasn't done there. They have announced that they will release the
BlackBerry Curve 8530 on November 20th for $99.99 on a 2-year contract after rebates. The Curve 8530 is a CDMA variant of the
Curve 8520, so it's nothing to get all excited about.
