Chatr To Release the HTC Phoenix For $190

Chatr looks like they're ready to launch another handset in the future, the LG Phoenix. This handset is the Optimus One so it's a mid-end handset for the carrier. Price for this one is looking like it'll be $190 contract-free. It should be available soon but it's unknown exactly when.
