Fido Releases the Acer Liquid E For $30, Their First Android Handset

Finally, it's official so all the rumours are now cleared up. Fido now has their first Android handset, the Acer Liquid E. This smartphone is now available for $30 on a 3-year contract and for $375 contract-free. Beneath the 3.5-inch touchscreen display you'll get an underclocked 768MHz Snapdragon CPU, a 5MP camera, WiFi / GPS / Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot, and Android 2.1.
