BlackBerry 9800 Hits the FCC, Just In Time For Announcement - AT&T's Site Goes Up Early and Leaks Spec Sheet

Something juicy has just hit the FCC and it's coming from the RIM camp. It's the BlackBerry 9800 and it's got things like WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth support, GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850 / 1900, UMTS II (1900), V (850) bands and GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900 / 1800 MHz, UMTS I (2100) for those overseas. This will be hitting AT&T and will also be available in Canada (on Rogers at least). Since I woke up a bit late, the announcement will be in mere minutes. The RIM event starts at 11AM EST (which is in 1 minute at the time or writing). Check out the FCC filing here.

Update: Boy Genius has just spotted the pictures below on AT&T's website (here). It'll be called the BlackBerry Torch - as rumoured. The spec sheet was actually up on the website and it includes a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with a 360 x 480 resolution, Bluetooth 2.1 / WiFi b/g/n, 512MB of RAM, 512MB of flash storage, 4GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot (4GB card included), a 5MP camera, a 1,300mAh battery, and the BB OS 6.0. Check out Boy Genius for a couple more pictures.
