Toshiba has just unveiled their latest phone which sets apart itself from the rest. Dubbed the REGZA T004, this flip phone is packing a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, 830MB of internal storage, a 3.2-inch VGA display, GPS / Bluetooth support, a 12.2MP camera, and it's waterproof. It's a pretty interesting handset because it's faster than every other dumbphone out there.
