The Eken M001 tablet is running Android 1.6 and features a 7-inch touchscreen display, a 600MHz CPU, 2GB of flash memory, an SD card slot, and WiFi. This tablet may not be exactly what you're looking for but it's priced at just $108.6 which may make it worth buying.
