Telus To Release the Motorola Backflip On April 26th, BB Pearl 9100 On May 6th?

Mobile Syrup has just mentioned that their tipsters are saying that Telus is planning to release the Motorola Backflip as early as this coming Monday, April 26th. This Android handset sports a 3.1-inch HVGA touchscreen display with a 320 x 480 resolution, a 5MP AF camera with an LED flash, a unique flip QWERTY keyboard, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and WiFi support. Pricing wasn't mentioned.

The other handset that Telus is gearing up to launch is the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 (in black and pink). Apparently, this handset will get launched on May 6th (a Thursday) and will be $449.99 contract-free. The contract prices weren't mentioned.
