Philips has just announced their latest handset that's a part of their current Xenium line-up. This is the X510 and it's a dual-SIM slider handset that packs a 3.1-inch QVGA touchscreen display, Bluetooth support, a 2MP camera, a microSD card slot, and dual-band GSM connectivity. This handset should hit countries like China and Russia and should be inexpensive.
