Motorola RAZR3 pictures and video were spotted online. A couple minutes ago, a new batch of photos have hit the web. As you can see the 5MP camera is evident and it is used as a front-facing camera when the phone is open. When it's closed you can use it as a normal (back-facing) camera, thanks to the camera shutter button on the outer lid.
