HTC's CEO Confirms a Windows Phone 7 Phone For Late This Year -- Again

HTC's CEO, Peter Chou, has just confirmed (yet again) that they will indeed be launching a handset running on Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 OS in Q4 of this year. Of course, this handset will be high-end so expect a nice large touchscreen display as well as a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU.
