We've known that this was going to happen for a while now and it looks like it's finally available. Canada's Fido has just released the BlackBerry Curve 8520 for $50 on a 3-year contract, $350 on 2-year contract, and $400 contract-free. Of course, it'll come with version 5.0 of the BB OS.Update: According to CrackBerry, you can now check out Fido's site here for the Curve 8520.
