The
Acer beTouch E110 has just passed the FCC (
filing here) and it's compatible with AT&T 3G in the US and Rogers in Canada. This entry-level Android handset has some underwhelming specs like a tiny 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen display, Android 1.5, and an ST Ericsson PNX6715 416MHz CPU. Other specs include GPS support, 256MB of ROM / RAM, social integration, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Don't forget that this handset will be available in March and the price shouldn't be all that expensive.
