New Viewsonic V901 Handset Spotted On Microsoft China

It looks yet another Viewsonic handset has just been spotted, this time it's courtesy of Microsoft China's website. On the website it states that the V901 will feature: a 3.6-inch touchscreen display with a 480 x 800 resolution, a Marvell PXA310 CPU, 128MB of RAM, 256MB of ROM, a microSD card slot, GPS / Bluetooth support, a 5MP camera, and WinMo 6.5.

This handset will run on CDMA EV-DO Rev. A connectivity and should be launched in Q4 of 2009. It'll be made available in China, but we don't know which carriers will launch it. Check out Microsoft China's site here.
