As you already know, the
HTC Tattoo will be a cheap handset supposedly running the Donut build of Android - 1.6. Well, it has just passed the FCC with Bluetooth / WiFi support, and quad-band GSM/EDGE with HSDPA 900 / 2100 MHz connectivity. Check out the official FCC listing here.
