Look above and you'll notice that this keyboard has an integrated trackpad, which - I think - is an awesome idea. The arrow keys have been moved to underneath the right Shift key to make room for the trackpad. This keyboard is Adesso's AKB-440 and you can actually get one now for around $59.99 USD.
