Looks like Rogers has released yet another BlackBerry. This time it's the Torch 9860 which is going for $199.99 on a 3-year contract and for $524.99 contract-free. This smartphone packs the same specs as the other two BlackBerry devices that were released earlier this month (1.2GHz CPU and OS 7). Check it out on
