It looks like Dell has actually released their Android-based
Venue smartphone. This one is quite similar to the
Venue Pro but it's running the Android (2.2) OS and doesn't have a slide-up portrait QWERTY keyboard. It's available right now on the company's official website for $499.99 contract-free and you can choose between a T-Mobile and an AT&T model. Check it out on
Dell.
