This is going for $249.99 (here) and it packs an Intel Atom dual-core 1.66GHz D510 CPU, Nvidia's second-generation Ion graphics, WiFi b/g/n, 1 DDR2 RAM slot, six USB 2.0 ports, HDMI / VGA ports, an eSATA, and a card reader. This nettop looks like it could be worth the $250 if you're looking for a back up PC.
